Shipping Policies

  • Carrier: United States Postal Service USPS is our default shipper. We reserve the right to use alternative carriers like FedEx or UPS as needed.
  • Pricing: Basic Shipping costs $5.00. We reserve the right to charge more for larger quantity orders or for bulkier products.
  • Tracking: Please provide your email, and we will share your tracking number.
  • Special Requests: For expedited shipping, insurance above $50.00, alternate carrier preferences, special packaging, etc please add items to your cart and then contact us via email or website contact page.
  • Processing Time: Allow up to 3 business days for us to ship out your order. Holidays, vacations, and special events can extend this up to a week.
  • Shipping Time: Most orders arrive in 3-7 business days after we ship.

Return Policies

  • You must contact us and initiate a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Customer pays return shipping. Customer will receive a refund to their purchasing card as a default, but may request an exchange or store credit as well.
  • Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping to us. We pay shipping for the exchanged item to customer. Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchanges.
  • Damaged Order: Customer must inform us of a damaged order within 72 hours and is asked to please take as many pictures of the box, packaging, and items as possible to share with us. We will do everything we can to help you get your money back or get you new items as long as you follow this policy.
  • Jewelry: Must be unworn in new condition.
  • Incense, Sage/Cedar Bundles, Candles: Must not be burned like new.
  • Carvings: Must be in new condition, no damage.
